Storytelling & Design

It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative project to share with the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

Quick Tips

..if you’re in a hurry

Tell a Compelling Story

Don’t try to retell the entire script. Your goal should be to tell enough of the story to get the gist and gain interest.

Ensure A Smooth Flow

Think about how the deck flows from beginning to end. Read it out loud to understand how it will read to others.

Use Quality Imagery

Use good quality imagery. Search for high-resolution images and utilize quality stock websites

Visual Storytelling

Use every element to visually tell your story. Choose images, colors, and fonts that complement the aesthetic of your film.

Keep It Simple

Don't over-design. Stay away from busy design elements so that your imagery and words stay the hero.

Highlight Unique Elements

Highlight what makes your project unique. Whether it's a distinctive cinematography style or the special expertise of your team, emphasize the elements that will sell your project.
